Susan D. Whitaker, CRB, GRI


Sue Whitaker, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1992, has been a real estate broker since 1977 -  first in Indiana, then New Jersey, and now New Mexico.

During her first year in the business, she ranked in the top 2% of the nations Top Producers.

She found that her true gift was in helping develop and train new licensees in establishing their own successful real estate businesses, and eventually to becoming an instructor.

Sue was active as a full time Qualifying Broker until 2004.  However she has been involved in Real Estate Education since 1985 both in New Jersey and New Mexico.

The New Mexico Real Estate Commission has certified Sue to teach these courses:
