The Design Center, near the Alameda exit of I-25 at 4801 Alameda NE,
Suite H, Albuquerque, NM 87113. The Design Center is on the
Northwest corner of the intersection of Alameda NE and Jefferson NE. Our
classroom is located in the NorthEAST corner of the Design Center
building - click here for a Google Map.
We
use the same space for both our weekday and weekend classes.
This course MUST be taken every three years starting 1/1/06 as a Qualifying Broker responsibility. It does NOT count towards your 30 hours of CE credits needed for license renewal, and is required even if you have 20 years in the business and are at least 65 years old. SUGGESTION: Taking it during each renewal cycle is probably the best way to keep up with this requirement.

taken on your own computer. There will no longer be a
testing site for this exam.
