The Design Center is on the Northwest corner of the intersection of Alameda NE and Jefferson NE. This course MUST be taken every three years starting 1/1/06 as a Qualifying Broker responsibility. It does NOT count towards your 30 hours of CE credits needed for license renewal, and is required even if you have 20 years in the business and are at least 65 years old. SUGGESTION: Taking it during each renewal cycle is probably the best way to keep up with this requirement. |
